By accessing or using StuckForStaff.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
StuckForStaff provides an online platform connecting promotional staff, staffing agencies and brands operating in the field marketing and brand experience industry. We are a platform provider only. We are not an employment agency, and we are not a party to any agreement entered into between users of the platform. Staff listed on the platform are not employees of Stuck For Staff Limited.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of any organisation you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including where we believe these Terms have been breached.
When using the platform you agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (including profile information and job alerts). By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, without notice.
Certain features of the platform require the purchase of credits or a licence. All payments are processed securely. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We do not offer refunds except where required by law or at our discretion.
All content on the platform that is not submitted by users - including design, text, graphics, software and trademarks - is owned by or licensed to Stuck For Staff Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
The platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, as to its fitness for any particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not verify the accuracy of information submitted by users and are not responsible for the conduct of any user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stuck For Staff Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
