How does the service benefit me?
In several key ways, actually. Whether you are Stuck-For-Staff, or simply want to get a job booked up quickly,
you can search the database and see who is definitely available – you can even limit this to people just registered with you!
This saves valuable time and money calling staff whose phones are switched off, or are unavailable.
The other benefits are in relation to New Business – cutting down, even out the cold calling prospective clients – our service brings them to you!

How do I book staff through StuckForStaff.co.uk?
Well, firstly you should know that there is no commission on each booking and once you have booked a person you can obviously
add them to your database. That said the answer you are looking for is simple…Once you have entered your unique agencies password,
you will be asked to enter the location that you need staff in and the day you require. A list will appear with all staff available
there on that day and their mobile number for you to call. Once you have spoken to the available staff and have confirmed them to work,
you click ‘BOOKED’ and they are sent a confirmation and no other agency can call to book them

I have my own database of people…why would I need another?
Because there will always be times when booking staff is difficult.
Furthermore, maintaining a database is costly and time consuming.
All information is kept up to date by registered staff, mainly because it is easy for staff to visit one central place to do everything
rather than the same thing in many different places. That way it is self-cleansing and makes keeping in touch with people easier.

I can only book staff 8 days in advance. What if I want to book staff further in advance than that?
You can use other features such as; post a Job Alert on the Jobs Board (which is free to Premium Subscribers), or send an Email Alert out. This will also allow you to sit back and let staff contact you!
Alternatively perform a SuperSearchTM enabling you to search the entire database using a multitude of criteria. Once you have found the exact person you are looking for you can then contact them directly.

How old are the staff?
All staff are a minimum age of 16 years old.

Do I have to pay anything if I win the New Business?
Once you win any new piece of business you retain and manage it as normal. All we charge is the flat fee paid to use the service – no more.
