Agency Terms and Conditions
This page tells you the terms on which we provide our service to you when you register and subscribe to our site as an Agency ("Agency Services")
INFORMATION ABOUT US
StuckForStaff.co.ukTM is a site operated by Stuck For Staff Limited ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company 10672282 and have our registered office at 11-12 Hallmark Trading Centre, Fourth Way, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0LB.
REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTION
When you complete our registration form () you offer to purchase our Agency Services which if accepted by us will result in a binding contract.
On registration with us and/or subscription to our Agency Services you agree to comply will our Terms of Website Use and to our Acceptable Use Policy

The information that you provide to us on registration is important and must be true and accurate. You must keep that information up to date whether through our site or by notifying us in writing.
On successful registration and payment of a subscription you will be permitted access to our Agency Services (subject to our Terms of Website Use) for the relevant Subscription Duration.
YOUR INFORMATION
We will deal with any personal data that we collect from you in accordance with our Privacy Policy in so far as it is applicable.
BOOKING OF STAFF
We are not an employment agency and you agree that Staff booked or hired through our site are not employees, agents or partners of ours and that no employment relationship is intended.
If as part of our Agency Services we should provide a mechanism for you to pay Staff booked or hired by you. Where you take advantage of that service you agree that you will be responsible for the payment of any liability to taxation and for payment of national insurance contributions in respect of all fees and other sums payable to the Staff.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim or assessment made by HM Revenue & Customs or other relevant authority against us for any tax or national insurance arising out of the supply or performance by Staff of their obligations to you and any costs, expenses, penalties, fines or interest incurred or payable by us in connection with any such assessment or claim.
TERMINATION
Access to our Agency Services will terminate on expiry of a Subscription Duration.
We may also terminate your subscription early and / or your registration without notice if:
You may terminate your registration by giving notice to us at contactus@stuckforstaff.com. Refund of any subscription (or part of it) will be at our sole discretion.
DATA PROTECTION
You agree to comply with all data protection laws and privacy laws as may be in force from time to time in relation to individuals introduced to you by us or through our site.
WAIVER
Any waiver, delay or failure in our enforcing or requiring compliance of any term or provision of these terms or of our Terms of Website Use shall not prevent us from subsequently requiring compliance with any such term or provision.
SEVERABILITY
If any term or provision of the these Agency terms and conditions or of our Terms of Website Use are held to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, then the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms or provisions shall not be affected.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
These terms shall not be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a person who is not party to them.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable to you in respect of anything that may constitute breach of this agreement arising by reason of force majeure including (without limitation) fire, flood, accident, acts of terrorism, telecommunications and utilities failure, civil unrest, riot, war, act of God, the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), theft, malicious damage and any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms are governed by English law.
