Now you can share your rating with your friends by sharing your public profile on Facebook!
This ratings feature gives you the opportunity to shine in the industry.
This feature enables you to build up a rating which will not only encourage agencies
to book you for more work but will also allow you to command a higher hourly rate.
This is targeted at helping you stand out!
Please get familiar with the following points before proceeding:
- You can request a rating from employers/agencies you have worked for – it is in your
interests to build this up!
- Agencies can also rate you for work you have done for them.
- You will be marked with a credit, neutral or strike.
- If you receive a strike you will receive a reason for this from the employer
which only you and the employer can view.
- You can only have one rating from each employer – these ratings can be
overwritten at any time by that employer.

If you have received a rating from an agency which you deem incorrect please follow the
steps below:
- Contact the Agency - All contact details can be found on the Agency Directory.
- Reference the Comment - This can be seen by hovering over the ratings and can be used when
communicating the complaint with the Agency.
- Amend the Rating – If an agency agrees to amend the rating this
can be done in any of the following ways:
- Agency Search – Ask the Agency to search for you and make the change.
- Send "Request a Rating" – Send another request to the Agency with a note.
Once completed this will overwrite your old rating. Each agency can only give you one
individual rating at any one time.
